More post passes

camera.post lists kiss3d's CRT, grayscale, waves, loupe, stereo and edges passes, each with its knobs on the camera.

camera.post takes six more of kiss3d's passes by name, each drawn where the list puts it.

  • crt bends the frame like a tube's glass, with crt_curvature, crt_aberration, crt_scanline_intensity, crt_scanline_count and crt_vignette.
  • edges outlines a change in depth sharper than edges_threshold, 4 by default.
  • loupe draws a magnified inset: loupe_zoom, loupe_focus, loupe_corner, loupe_size and loupe_border_color.
  • grayscale, waves and stereo take no knobs; stereo goes with a stereo camera.
  • fxaa takes fxaa_edge_threshold and fxaa_edge_threshold_min, and sharpen takes sharpen_amount.
